At Pockets & Pleats, making our customers happy is always in fashion. So while we strive to ensure you are completely thrilled with your new purchase, we understand that sometimes the pieces don't come together exactly the way you planned. No worries, we're here to help you!
- To start a return, click here to go to your account, select the order and create a shipping label.
- We offer FREE SHIPPING and FREE RETURNS.
- Items bought at full price are eligible for a refund if returned within 5 calendar days from the day you received your order.
- Any orders returned after 5 days will not be refunded and will be donated at our discretion.
- Your package must be scanned or have proof of receipt on the day returned to ensure a refund.
- Merchandise must be unworn in resalable condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- We don't offer exchanges on orders, if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
- All sale items are final sale.
- Any sizing or descriptions given are approximate and based on industry standards and tolerances, returns won't be valid if the information given falls within accepted criteria.
- PESACH DISCOUNT COUPONS All items purchased with our Pesach Discount Coupons are also eligible for returns however there will be a $6.95 return shipping fee which will be deducted from the credit.
