Return Policy

At Pockets & Pleats, making our customers happy is always in fashion. So while we strive to ensure you are completely thrilled with your new purchase, we understand that sometimes the pieces don't come together exactly the way you planned. No worries, we're here to help you!

  • To start a return, feel free to email us at hq@pocketsandpleats.com and request a return label to be sent to you. 
  • Items are eligible for a refund if returned within 3 calendar days from the day you received your order.
  • Any orders returned after 3 days will not be refunded and will be donated at our discretion. 
  • Your package must be scanned or have proof of receipt on the day returned to ensure a refund.
  • There is a $1.75 restocking fee for each returned item as well as each item/order canceled.  The fee will be deducted upon return/cancelation.
  • Merchandise must be unworn in resalable condition with all tags, labels, and original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
  • We don't offer exchanges on orders, if you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
  • Items purchased at 20% off or more are considered final sale and may not be returned.
  • Any sizing or descriptions given are approximate and based on industry standards and tolerances, returns won't be valid if the information given falls within accepted criteria.
